Live Webcam from Kharkiv is the second most populous city in Ukraine, an important industrial and scientific center of the country, the center of the Kharkiv region.

The city is located in the north-eastern part of Ukraine on the border of two landscape zones - forest-steppe and steppe. On its territory, the Kharkov River flows into the Lopan River, which then flows into the Udy River, a tributary of the Seversky Donets.
The territory of the city is a hilly plain cut by river valleys, gullies and ravines. The height above sea level ranges from 94 to 205.3 m. Most of the urban area (about 55% of the total area according to 1984 data) is made up of elevated areas with elevations of 105–192 m.
